Dr. Zakany specializes in helping men recapture their youth. Board-certified in Family Medicine for 30 years and in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, he is a recognized leader in the field of men's health. Dr. Zakany specializes in hormone optimization — restoring testosterone and other important hormones to levels more typical of a man in his 20s. Dr. Zakany is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and has practiced medicine in Neptune Beach, Florida; Durango, Colorado; and Heidelberg, Germany prior to relocating to Boulder County in 1999. He received his medical degree (M.D.) from the University of South Florida and his B.S. in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University. He was the first to introduce shockwave therapy to Colorado residents as a new innovative treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED).

Perhaps most important, Dr. Steve Zakany's commitment to patients is uncompromised by limitations imposed by insurance companies. Over the years as a family practitioner, he felt the frustration of trying to balance what he knew was best for his patients with what the insurance companies would cover. When the differences became too great, he opted out of the system and no longer accepts insurance. Irena Fomenko is a true healer and artisan who has spent her life understanding the mind-body-spirit connection. In her practice Irena incorporates multiple modalities to serve each client's unique needs. For over 25 years Irena has treated thousands of loyal clients in the Boulder area by rebuilding their image, body and soul. Irena oversees all Medical Aesthetics and Sexual Enhancement procedures for MenRegen.

Irena has advanced skills in delicate and precise aesthetic treatments such as injections, laser, shockwave, electrolysis, micro-needling and permanent cosmetics. She is trained and certified with the Cellular Medicine Association to perform their trademarked Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures of O-Shot®, P-Shot®, Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Facial®, Vampire Breast Lift® and Vampire Hair Restoration®. She is proud to be one of the first to offer these exciting treatments to the Boulder area. Irena is also a lifetime member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

In 1995 after arriving from Moscow Irena opened her first aesthetics business in Boulder. She has Nursing degrees from both Russia and the US and has worked as a practitioner in a variety of medical settings. Over the years Irena has continually educated herself on the newest and safest procedures.
