The Procedure

How does the P-Shot Work

The P-Shot takes advantage of the well-known healing properties of platelet-rich plasma. Originally designed for treating sports injuries, PRP therapy has recently grown in popularity due to its versatility and lack of side effects or downtime. PRP injections are frequently used to eliminate wrinkles, improve skin tone and even combat hair loss. Platelet-rich plasma is incredibly dense in nutrients and growth factors, allowing for powerful and completely natural treatment for a breadth of conditions. When injected into the body, the growth factors in PRP stimulate the production of new blood vessels while rejuvenating existing vessels for increased circulation.

A frequent cause of ED is poor circulation. By injecting PRP into the penis, we can directly target the cause of ED in our patients by taking advantage of the body’s innate ability to heal. The P-Shot counteracts the normal effects of aging by restoring healthy blood flow to the penis and giving patients the ability to achieve longer and stronger erections. PRP has also been shown to stimulate the growth of new stem cells in erectile tissues, which can potentially increase the length and girth of your penis.

What is a P-Shot Procedure?

Like any type of PRP therapy, the P-Shot procedure begins with a blood draw. The blood is then placed into a specialized centrifuge that separates the nutrients and growth factors from the blood cells, creating a concentrated PRP serum. After the PRP has been prepared, a numbing cream is applied to the penis to ensure you remain comfortable throughout your procedure.

Once you have been properly numbed, the PRP is injected into the head and shaft of the penis. Most patients receive about five injections that are spread throughout the penis to ensure the rejuvenating effects of the P-Shot are distributed evenly. The procedure takes about 20 minutes, after which you are free to return home and resume all normal activities.

What are side effects of the P-Shot?

The platelet-rich plasma used in the P-Shot is made from your own blood, so there are little to no known side-effects. Some patients have experienced redness, swelling or bruising around the injection sites, which are normal side effects of any type of injectable treatment. P-Shot appointments require no downtime and you may resume sexual activity four hours after your appointment.

Am I a good candidate for the P-shot?

Great for ANY & ALL men looking for better erections & increase in sensitivity.

The P-Shot Shot is ideal for any man who is seeking better erections and increased sensitivity. The P-Shot is a great alternative to oral medication, such as Viagra, Cialis or Levitra. We work with men of all ages and stages of life.

Since PRP therapy is entirely autologous, meaning all materials used in the procedure are taken directly from your body, the P-Shot is free of adverse side effects or allergic reactions. Men looking for better erections make excellent candidates for a P-Shot treatment. Patients interested in the P-Shot should be non-smokers and have realistic expectations about their results. Other contraindications for PRP therapy include chronic liver disease, local infection, immunosuppression disorders, certain medication use, and recent fever or illness. Schedule a consultation with our team to learn if you are a good candidate for the P-Shot.

What Results Can I Expect from a P-Shot?

The P-Shot produces gradual results as the stimulation of new blood vessels and stem cells get to work increasing circulation. You may notice an improvement in your erections right away, although most patients start seeing results after about three to four weeks. Your final results will take effect about 12 weeks after your appointment. Once your results have finished developing, you can expect to enjoy firmer, more frequent and longer-lasting erections.
